Markiqo provides AI visibility intelligence: measurement, scoring, and reporting of how AI answer engines surface your brand. Services are offered via this website and any associated tools or reports provided to you. Access and use are subject to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not misuse the site or our systems, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the service in any way that could harm Markiqo or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service and any reports or data are provided 'as is'. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be complete or accurate. Use of our reports and recommendations is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Markiqo in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if no fee was paid, zero).
